Learning & Development Specialist Passenger Handling – Schiphol

Behind the scenes, your role as a Learning & Development Specialist ensures that every agent on the floor is fully trained, compliant, and confident. You lead a team of trainers, manage all training processes, and make sure our people are always ready to deliver world-class passenger handling.

We are looking for a driven Learning & Development Specialist Passenger Handling who is ready to lead, inspire, and raise the bar in aviation training.

What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of trainers in Passenger Handling.

• Manage training delivery, planning, records, and reporting.

• Ensure compliance with aviation safety and regulatory requirements.

• Partner with managers, HR, and planning teams to align training with operational needs.

• Drive improvements in training processes and contribute to strategic projects.

What you bring

• A degree in education, aviation, or a related field, plus relevant work experience.

• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.

• Solid knowledge of aviation regulations and mandatory training standards.

• Digital proficiency (MS Office 365, e-learning platforms).

• Analytical, decisive, and able to build strong relationships across the business.
