Purpose of the role

As an e-Commerce Office Officer, you are responsible for the accurate, timely and compliant administrative handling of e-commerce cargo flows. You support daily operations by ensuring correct system registrations, controlled driver handling and proper release of shipments.
In this role, you contribute directly to operational continuity, service quality and compliance with applicable laws and regulations in a time-critical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and support drivers within the e-commerce operation

• Check documentation, authorisations and customs status of shipments

• Process and register e-commerce cargo flows in operational systems

• Ensure accurate and timely system registrations

• Coordinate with warehouse teams, planning, customs and transport partners

• Identify and escalate operational or compliance-related issues

• Support audits, reporting and process improvements

Required experience and profile

• MBO level of working and thinking, preferably in logistics or administration

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse or cargo environment

• Experience with cargo or e-commerce systems is an advantage

• Basic knowledge of customs processes and cargo release

• Accurate, stress-resistant and communicatively strong

• Good command of both Dutch and English
