Job description
Every day, dozens of airplanes depart from Schiphol. Behind every flight is a team that ensures everything runs safely, efficiently, and according to plan. As Ramp Coordinator, you are the one who manages and monitors the operation on the platform. You ensure that all parties involved work together perfectly so that airplanes can depart on time.
As a Ramp Coordinator, you are the connecting link between the cockpit crew, platform teams, handling services, and other operational partners. You keep an overview, quickly adjust to changes, and ensure that the aircraft turnaround runs smoothly and safely.
Your responsibilities
Coordinating the entire aircraft turnaround process at Schiphol.
Supervising and coordinating platform services, including baggage, cargo, and aircraft handling.
Checking and supporting operational documentation, including weight & balance (training provided).
Monitoring safety procedures and operational quality.
Identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements to increase punctuality and efficiency.
Working closely with cockpit crews, handling teams, airlines, and other operational partners.
Acting quickly and appropriately in case of operational disruptions or changes in the schedule.
Job requirements
Who are you?
You have experience in ground handling, platform work, aviation, or logistics operations. Experience as a Ramp Coordinator is a plus.
You have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
You are stress-resistant, decisive, and maintain an overview, even during busy operational moments.
You are flexible and willing to work early and late shifts (no night shifts).
You are willing to attend training sessions and obtain the necessary certifications through dnata.
You have an eye for safety, quality, and collaboration.

Salary between €3,402 - €4,792 per month (full-time)
