You won’t be designing policies or rewriting manuals, your focus will be to share your experience on the ground and pass it on to the next generation. You’ll take what you know and turn it into practical, clear training that prepares colleagues for real-world cargo operations.

What you will do

• Deliver classroom and on-the-job training sessions on all key cargo processes (import, export, ULD build-up & breakdown, warehouse procedures).

• Instruct colleagues on safety, security, and compliance requirements as applied in daily operations.

• Support assessments and testing to ensure knowledge is understood and applied correctly.

• Keep training records and provide feedback to supervisors on progress.

What you bring

• Vocational education (MBO level or equivalent).

• Solid experience in air cargo operations (e.g., as cargo agent, warehouse operator, or supervisor).

• Confidence with cargo procedures, warehouse routines, and compliance rules (DGR knowledge is a strong plus).

• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.

• Driving license (B).

• A gross monthly salary between €3,088,- and €4,263,- (based on full-time, depending on experience).
