What you’ll do as a Pushback Operator
As a Pushback Operator ( Aricraft Tug Driver ), you are responsible for guiding aircraft safely from the gate to the runway. Using a headset, you stay in contact with the pilot and Air Traffic Control the Netherlands (LVNL), ensuring everything runs safely and smoothly.

Your tasks include:

Guiding and positioning aircraft
Performing pushbacks and tows according to safety procedures
Operating ground support equipment
Setting up safety zones and preparing equipment
Working closely with colleagues to ensure every flight departs on time

No two days are the same you literally keep Schiphol moving.

Job requirements

What you bring

MBO level 3 working and thinking level (or equivalent)
Valid driver’s license (B)
Proven experience as Ramp/Platform employee
Good command of Dutch and English
Minimum of 8 years living in the Netherlands (required for the VGB clearance)

What we offer

38-hour contract per week in rotating shifts
Salary between €2,836 and €3,736 gross per month (excluding allowances)
25 vacation days, 8% holiday allowance, and shift allowances
