Job description
You start your day with a fresh cup of coffee while reviewing the first claims in our system. A damaged airfreight shipment, a request from the insurance company, and an internal report of a warehouse door collision, you know exactly where to begin. Between gathering information, drafting written defenses, and filing claims with third parties, you are in contact with colleagues, insurers, and even our headquarters in Dubai. No day is the same, but you always keep a clear overview and ensure everything is handled smoothly.
What will you do?
As a Claims Support Officer, you are the central point in handling claims. You switch gears quickly, work with precision, and ensure a professional settlement. Your tasks include:
Registering and assessing incoming claims (low, medium, or high risk)
Drafting written defenses for standard claims and negotiating within set margins
Filing claims against third parties and insurers on behalf of the organization
Collecting information and building case files in our system
Maintaining contact with internal and external stakeholders, including our headquarters in Dubai
Job requirements
What do you bring?
With your accuracy and problem-solving mindset, you make an immediate impact.
MBO4 level of education (or equivalent)
Experience in administration or claims handling is a plus
Strong written communication skills and experience with case file management
Legal background and/or airfreight experience are a strong advantage
Integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information
