As an Import & Export Planning Officer, you are the administrative backbone of our cargo operations team. You work accurately, stay organized, and keep every flight from preparation to departure running seamlessly. No two days are ever the same in this fast-paced international environment at Schiphol Airport.

What you’ll do

• Planning all outbound cargo from agents based on bookings

• Preparing build plans for outbound cargo

• Processing documentation after the build plan has been executed by warehouse colleagues

• Planning inbound cargo based on Final Flight Messages (FFM) from airlines

• Actively monitoring build-up and break-down processes in line with the established plans

• Proactively informing stakeholders of any changes

• Identifying and resolving deviations within the build-up and/or break-down process

What you bring

• Minimum MBO-3 (Dutch upper secondary vocational) level, preferably 2 years of experience in export, logistics, or air cargo administration

• Knowledge of air cargo processes is a plus

• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written

• Strong communication skills, assertive, and a true team player

• Flexibility to work 24/7 shifts, with at least 8 years of residence in the Netherlands (for VGB clearance)

What to expect

• Salary between €2,951 – €3,988/month (excluding allowances)
