At dnata, you do not work in a standard warehouse.

You work in our modern cargo facility at Schiphol, where air freight is handled according to international airline standards, supported by advanced systems and strict cut-off times.

For this environment, we are looking for experienced ULD Builders for our export operation.
This is a specialist role focused on building aircraft pallets for international flights.

No entry-level position. No general logistics.
This is export build at a professional level.

What will you do?

You will work within the export operation and build ULDs for outbound flights.

• Build export ULDs for widebody and narrowbody aircraft

• Work with aircraft pallets and containers (larger than standard truck pallets)

• Build according to airline-specific instructions and contour profiles

• Secure, net, and stabilize cargo correctly

• Check weight distribution and balance within the pallet

• Work under strict cut-off times towards flight departure

• Identify deviations in cargo or documentation

• Work in accordance with safety and security procedures

You understand that your build directly impacts safety, balance, and on-time performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in export build within air cargo

• Experience in independently building aircraft ULDs

• Knowledge of contour building and weight distribution

• Experience in a regulated airport environment

• Physically fit and accurate under time pressure

• Willing to work in a 24/7 shift system

• Minimum MBO-2 level of working and thinking

• Minimum of 8 years of residence in the EU (VGB screening required)

Applications without proven aircraft ULD build experience will not be considered.

Important Information

This position is focused on export aircraft build.
It is not a general warehouse or truck pallet role.

Only candidates with relevant air cargo build experience will be considered.

Screening & Schiphol Access

For this position, a valid Security Clearance (VGB) is required.

To qualify, you must:

• Have lived continuously in the EU for at least 8 years

• Be able to provide verifiable residence and employment history

• Successfully complete a security screening

Without a valid VGB, employment is not possible.
