Job description
Every day starts with a flight. A Boeing freighter from Air China Cargo that must depart on time and in full safety. Crews, ramp teams and logistics partners are counting on you. You are the one who coordinates and monitors it all, making sure everything runs smoothly.
As a Ramp Coordinator, you will work exclusively for Air China Cargo at Schiphol Airport. You are the key link between crew, ramp services and logistics partners. Your mission: ensuring aircraft turnarounds are handled efficiently, safely and without delay. You will be employed by dnata – part of the Emirates Group – with the possibility to later transfer to Air China Cargo itself.
Your responsibilities
Coordinate the complete turnaround process of Air China Cargo aircraft
Direct ramp services with a strong focus on cargo handling
Support weight & balance documentation (training provided)
Identify and report improvement opportunities to boost on-time performance
Collaborate closely with crews, handling teams and logistics partners
Job requirements
What you bring
Experience in ground handling, ramp operations or logistics at Schiphol is a plus
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English; proficiency in Chinese is a strong preference
Resilient, decisive and results-oriented attitude
Flexible availability: early and late shifts (no night shifts)
Willingness to follow training and obtain certifications through dnata

Salary between €2.950,- – €3.988,- per month (full-time), plus allowances and 25 vacation days
