As a Ramp Coordinator, you will work dedicated to China Cargo Airlines at Schiphol. You are the vital link between crew, ramp services, and logistics partners. You will be employed by dnata – part of the Emirates Group – with the possibility to later transfer to the airline itself.

Your role as Ramp Coordinator

• Coordinate the entire turnaround process of China Cargo Airlines freighters

• Direct and monitor ramp services and cargo teams

• Support in weight & balance documentation (training provided)

• Identify and report improvements to enhance on-time performance

• Collaborate closely with flight crew, ground handling teams, and logistics partners

What you bring

• Experience in ground handling, cargo processes, or ramp operations at Schiphol (preferred)

• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (preferable also Chinese)

• Stress-resistant, decisive, and result-oriented

• Flexible availability (early and late shifts, no night shifts)

• Willingness to follow dnata training programs and obtain required certifications
