Your role as Airside Trainer

• Deliver classroom and hands-on training in airside operations (pushback, towing, ramp safety, GSE, ground handling).

• Explain platform rules, safety regulations, and administrative procedures.

• Guide and coach colleagues in both passenger and cargo operations.

• Conduct assessments and practical evaluations to ensure knowledge and skills are applied correctly.

• Keep accurate records of training activities and progress reports.

What you bring

• Vocational education (MBO level or equivalent).

• Experience in airside/ramp operations such as pushback, towing, and ground handling.

• Knowledge of Ground Service Equipment (GSE) and aviation regulations.

• At least 2 years of experience as a trainer, supervisor, or senior operator.

• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, plus a valid driver’s license (B).

• A gross monthly salary between €3,088,- and €4,263,- (based on full-time, depending on experience).
