The world meets at Schiphol. Day and night, aircraft arrive with cargo that must continue its journey: medicines, flowers, high-tech goods, mail. As a Transport Coordinator Cargo Airside at dnata, you make sure these flows move safely, efficiently, and on time to and from the aircraft.

A day in your role

Your shift starts with a team briefing. Together you review the plan: which aircraft are arriving, which flights are departing, and which deadlines apply. You allocate people and equipment, stay in close contact with the warehouse and offices, and make quick adjustments when unexpected peaks or disruptions occur.

You coach your team, give on-the-spot feedback and spot opportunities to work smarter. At the end of your shift, you know everything was handled safely, on time and according to plan. That’s what drives you.

You’re a great fit for this role if you…

• have at least an MBO-3 (vocational) level of education,

• bring experience in logistics, transport or aviation,

• are strong in planning & organising with a coaching leadership style,

• have a good command of Dutch and English,

• hold a valid driving licence and are willing to work in 24/7 shifts.
