A truck pulls up at the warehouse. While pallets are being unloaded, you make sure everything runs smoothly: from planning to safety, from oversight to teamwork. You are the first point of contact on the floor, assign tasks, and solve bottlenecks on the spot. As a Warehouse Coordinator Trucking & Handling at dnata, you combine leadership with hands-on work – right at the heart of Schiphol’s logistics operation.

What you’ll be doing

• Schedule staff and set daily priorities

• Act as first point of contact and resolve issues

• Coach colleagues and foster teamwork

• Coordinate with other departments

• Take over Duty Manager tasks when absent

What you bring

• Experience in import, warehouse, or a similar cargo role

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Structured, flexible, and resilient under pressure

• Motivational leadership with a clear vision

• Focus on safety and smooth operations

What we offer

• 38-hour contract per week in rotating shifts (WLVA collective labor agreement)

• Monthly salary € 2,950 – € 3,989 (excl. allowances)
