You are the backbone of Schiphol’s cargo operation

A cargo flight from New York arrives. While your team breaks down the pallets, you keep the overview: which shipment goes where, what needs priority, and who is best positioned on which task? A little later, the build-up for a flight to Dubai starts. You assign responsibilities, coach your colleagues, and make sure everything runs safely and smoothly. As a Warehouse Coordinator Break & Build at dnata, you combine hands-on leadership with operational impact – right at the heart of the international air cargo dynamics at Schiphol.

What you’ll be doing

  • Scheduling staff and setting priorities

  • Acting as the first point of contact for your team and adjusting on the spot

  • Resolving operational issues and ensuring safety on the warehouse floor

  • Stimulating teamwork and coaching colleagues in daily operations

  • Taking over responsibilities from the Duty Manager when absent

Job requirements

What you bring

  • Experience as an all-round cargo handler and knowledge of export processes

  • A mix of oversight, communication skills, and problem-solving ability

  • Flexibility and resilience in a 24/7 cargo operation

  • Leadership that motivates, structures, and creates a positive team spirit

What we offer

  • A 38-hour contract per week in rotating shifts (WLVA collective labor agreement)

  • Monthly salary € 2,951 – € 3,988 (excl. allowances)
